Picture New York is an ad hoc group of photographers, videographers, artists, and citizens of New York concerned about new restrictive permit laws that were proposed by the Mayor's Office of TV and Film.
Picture New York needed a banner for their website, a get-the word out effort that was being put up in a 24 hour time frame about the issue but also in time for a huge free speech rally and press conference that was to be held the very next day.
Splendid Corp rose to the challenge and created a quick banner to add to their website. Splendid Corp also laid out a quick informative flyer to be handed out at the rally.
