Girls Gone Political was a concerned group of women who got together in 2004 to try to raise money for a get out the vote effort–to try to get to the 22 million single women who did not vote in 2000 election. They put together a singles auction to raise money for ACT: America Coming Together a large voter mobilization project.

Splendid Corp. worked with the group to come up with the graphics for the event. This included a postcard advertising the event that also doubled as a get-out-the-vote card that participants could send to friends in other states to get them to vote. Splendid Corp. also designed the layouts for the event website and a program for the auction.

Though Girl's Gone Political did not prevent Bush's re-election, they did get a bunch of singles out for a fun night and raised money for a good cause.
